And those who disbelieve say, "When we have become dust as well as our forefathers, will we indeed be brought out [of the graves]? 67 Indeed we and our fathers had been promised this before. It is nothing but the earlier people's lore." 68 Say, [O Muhammad], "Travel through the land and observe how was the end of the criminals." 69 And grieve you not for them, nor be straitened (in distress) because of what they plot. 70 They ask, "When the Day of Judgment will come, if it is true at all?" 71 Say, “It could be that a part of what you are impatient for is (already) after you.” 72 And surely your Lord is the Lord of grace to men, but most of them are not grateful. 73 Verily your Lord knows all that their hearts conceal as well as all that they reveal. 74 And naught there is hidden in the heaven or the earth but it is in a Manifest Book. 75 Verily, this Quran narrates to the Children of Israel most of that about which they differ. 76 And indeed, it is guidance and mercy for the believers. 77 Verily, [O believer,] thy Sustainer will judge between them in His wisdom - for He alone is almighty, all-knowing. 78 Therefor (O Muhammad) put thy trust in Allah, for thou (standest) on the plain Truth. 79 You cannot make the dead listen and the deaf are unable to hear calls. Thus, they turn back on their heels. 80 just as thou canst not lead the blind [of heart] out of their error; none canst thou make hear save such as [are willing to] believe in Our messages, and thus surrender themselves unto Us. 81 ۞ And when the word shall come to pass against them, We shall bring forth for them a creature from the earth that shall wound them, because people did not believe in Our communications. 82
