And indeed We have created man and We know what his soul instils in him; and We are nearer to him than the hearts artery. 16 When the two receivers receive, sitting on the right and on the left. 17 He uttereth no word but there is with him an observer ready. 18 And the stupor of death will bring Truth (before his eyes): "This was the thing which thou wast trying to escape!" 19 And the Trumpet shall be blown; that is the Day of the Threat. 20 And every person will come forth along with an (angel) to drive (him), and an (angel) to bear witness. 21 You were heedless of this, but now We have removed your veil, so your sight today is sharp. 22 And his accompanying angel said, “This is the record of your deeds, available with me.” 23 [Allah will say], "Throw into Hell every obstinate disbeliever, 24 forbidder of good, transgressor and doubter, 25 "Who set up another god beside Allah: Throw him into a severe penalty." 26 ۞ His companion will say: "O Lord, I did not lead him to wickedness, but he was himself far astray." 27 He will say, “Do not dispute before Me – I had already warned you of the punishment.” 28 "The Word changes not before Me, and I do not the least injustice to My Servants." 29
