The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

WHEN THE EARTH quakes with her [last] mighty quaking, 1 And the earth bringeth forth her burthens, 2 And man says: What has befallen her? 3 On that Day will she declare her tidings: 4 Because thy Lord will inspire her. 5 On that Day people will come forward in separate groups to be shown their deeds: 6 And whoso doeth good an atom's weight will see it then, 7 And he who has done an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8

God the Almighty always says the truth.
