The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
۞ Ta. Sin. Mim. 1 Those are the signs of the Manifest Book. 2 Perhaps you consume yourself that they are not believers. 3 If We list, We can send down unto them a sign from the heaven so that their necks would become to it submissive. 4 Never cometh there unto them a fresh reminder from the Beneficent One, but they turn away from it. 5 Indeed they have denied, so now soon coming upon them are the tidings of what they used to scoff at. 6 Have they not seen the earth, that how many honourable pairs We have created in it? 7 In this, behold, there is a message [unto men,] even though most of them will not believe [in it]. 8 And verily, thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 9
