۞ Then We revealed Our will to Moses, saying, "Set forth with My servants, in the night, for you will surely be pursued." 52 Then Fir'aun (Pharaoh) sent callers to (all) the cities. 53 'These' they said, 'are a small band, 54 And verily they have enraged us. 55 But we are a fully accounted army." 56 So We expelled them from gardens and fountains, 57 treasures, and graceful dwellings. 58 Even so. And We gave them as a heritage to the children of Israel. 59 So they pursued them at sunrise. 60 When the two forces drew within seeing distance of each other, the people of Moses said: "We shall certainly be overtaken." 61 [Moses] said, "No! Indeed, with me is my Lord; He will guide me." 62 So We sent the divine revelation to Moosa that, “Strike the sea with your staff”; thereupon the sea parted; so each part was like a huge mountain. 63 Then We brought near the others [Fir'aun's (Pharaoh) party] to that place. 64 and We saved Moses and all who were with him, 65 then, We drowned the others. 66 Most surely there is a sign in this, but most of them do not believe. 67 And verily thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 68
