I shall receive my reward from the Lord of the Universe. 127 “What! You build a structure on every height, to laugh at the passers-by?” 128 and erect castles hoping that you will live forever. 129 and when you strike you strike like tyrants? 130 So fear Allah and obey me. 131 Fear Him who has bestowed on you what you know, 132 amply provided you with flocks, and children, 133 And gardens and fountains; 134 indeed, I fear for you the torment of an awful day." 135 They replied: "It is all the same for us whether you admonish us or not. 136 This has been happening all along. 137 And we are not going to be tormented. 138 And so they gave him the lie: and thereupon We destroyed them.
