All that dwells upon the earth is perishing, 26 only the Person of your Lord, full of majesty and splendour, will endure. 27 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 28 All those who are in the heavens and the earth ask of Him; every moment He is in a state (of glory). 29 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 30 O you twain, who are a burden (on the earth), We shall attend to you and call you to account. 31 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 32 O assembly of jinns and men! If you have power to pass beyond the zones of the heavens and the earth, then pass (them)! But you will never be able to pass them, except with authority (from Allah)! 33 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 34 There will be sent upon you a flame of fire and smoke, and you will not defend yourselves. 35 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 36 When the heaven splits asunder and turns crimson, like red leather. 37 Which of your Lord's powers will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 38 Of his sin will be questioned that Day neither man nor jinn. 39 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 40 The Mujrimun (polytheists, criminals, sinners, etc.) will be known by their marks (black faces), and they will be seized by their forelocks and their feet. 41 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 42 This is Hell which the Mujrimun (polytheists, criminals, sinners, etc.) denied. 43 they shall go round between it, and between a hot, boiling water. 44 Which of the favours of your Lord will you then deny? 45
