In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
By the winds sent forth in swift succession, 1 Have We not made the earth a repository 2 and raise (clouds) and scatter them around, 3 And those [angels] who bring criterion 4 And by the angels that bring the revelations to the Messengers, 5 To complete the argument or to warn. 6 Go to the shadow with three ramifications, 7 Then when the stars lose their lights; 8 And when the heaven is rent asunder, 9 and the mountains scattered, 10 And when the messengers are (all) appointed a time (to collect);- 11 For what day is it timed? 12 For the Day of Judgement. 13 And what could make thee conceive what that Day of Distinction will be? 14 Woe on that day unto the beliers 15 Did We not destroy many a nation of the earlier times? 16 and make others settle after them in their land? 17 Thus do We deal with the guilty. 18 Woe that Day to the deniers (of the Day of Resurrection)! 19 Did We not create you from a humble fluid, 20 then placed it in a secure repository [the womb], 21 For a certain appointed time, 22 Thus We arranged. How excellent is Our arranging! 23 Woe, that Day, to the deniers. 24 Did We not make the earth a storehouse? 25 The living and the dead, 26 place on it high mountains and provide you with fresh water? 27 Alas the woe that day for those who deny! 28 Depart to that which you belied! 29 Depart unto the shadow three branched: 30 "Neither shading, nor of any use against the fierce flame of the Fire." 31 Lo! it throweth up sparks like the castles, 32 As if they were tawny camels. 33 Woe on that Day to those who reject the truth! 34 This is the Day they shall not speak, 35 Nor are they suffered to put forth excuses. 36 Woe, that Day, to the deniers. 37 'This is the Day of Decision; We have joined you with the ancients; 38 Now, if ye have a trick (or plot), use it against Me! 39 Woe, that Day, to the deniers. 40

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
