But nay! I swear by all that ye see 38 and by what you do not see, 39 That this is verily the word of an honoured Messenger [i.e. Jibrael (Gabriel) or Muhammad SAW which he has brought from Allah]. 40 And it is not the word of a poet; little is it that you believe; 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer: little admonition it is ye receive. 42 It has been sent down by the Lord of all the worlds. 43 Had he attributed falsely any words to Us, 44 We would have definitely taken revenge from him. 45 then We would surely have cut his life-vein 46 None of you would be able to prevent Us from doing this to him. 47 And verily, this Quran is a Reminder for the Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2). 48 We certainly know that some among you do deny it. 49 And indeed it is a despair for the disbelievers. 50 And indeed it is a certain Truth. 51 Wherefore hallow thou the name of thy Lord, the Mighty. 52
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
End of Surah: Incontestable (Al-Haaqqah). Sent down in Mecca after Kingship (Al-Mulk) before The Heights (Al-Ma'aarej)
