3/4 Hizb 45
< random >
Noah called to Us, and We are the Best to answer. 75 And We saved him and his household from the great distress, 76 And made his progeny survive, 77 And left for him [favorable mention] among later generations: 78 'Peace be upon Noah among all the worlds' 79 Lo! thus do We reward the good. 80 For he was one of our believing Servants. 81 Thereafter We caused the others to be drowned. 82 ۞ AND, BEHOLD, of his persuasion was Abraham, too, 83 When he came unto his Lord with a whole heart; 84 and said to his father and his people: “Whom do you worship? 85 Is it a falsehood-god beside Allah that ye desire? 86 What do you imagine the Lord of the worlds to be?" 87 And he cast a glance at the stars, 88 and he said, 'Surely I am sick.' 89 So they turned away from him, and departed. 90 Then he slipped unto their gods and said: eat ye not? 91 What ails you, that you speak not?' 92 Then he turned upon them, striking (them) with (his) right hand. 93 Then came (the worshippers) with hurried steps, and faced (him). 94 He said: worship ye that which ye carve. 95 “Whereas Allah has created you and your actions?” 96 They said: build for him a building and cast him into the flaming fire. 97 They desired to outwit him; so We made them the lower ones. 98 And [Abraham] said: "Verily, I shall [leave this land and] go wherever my Sustainer will guide me!" 99 (And he prayed:) "O Lord, grant me a righteous son." 100 And We gave him the glad tidings of a very gentle son (Ishmael). 101 And when he reached the age of traveling with him, he said: 'My son, while I was sleeping I saw that I shall slaughter (sacrifice) you, tell me what is your opinion' He replied: 'Father, do as you are ordered (by Allah). Allah willing, you shall find me one of those who are steadfast' 102 And when they had both submitted and he put him down upon his forehead, 103 We called to him, "Abraham, 104 you have confirmed your vision' As such We recompense the gooddoers. 105 that surely was a manifest trial, 106 We ransomed him with a great sacrifice, 107 and We let it (the beautiful praise) remain upon him in the latter (generations), 108 Peace be upon Ibrahim! 109 Even so We recompense the good-doers; 110 for he was truly one of our believing servants. 111 And We gave him the glad tidings of Ishaque (Isaac) a Prophet from the righteous. 112 We had blessed him and Isaac. Some of their offspring were righteous and others were openly unjust to themselves. 113

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
ColorfulQuran.com displays pages in one of three Arabic fonts. Each may appear with a one-third chance, adding more diversity to the already diverse colors. And the words remain unchanged forever. ColorfulQuran.com will have more beautiful fonts soon, God willing.
