They will question thee concerning the mountains. Say: 'My Lord will scatter them as ashes; 105 and leave the earth a levelled plain 106 [so that] thou wilt see no curve thereon, and no ruggedness. 107 On that day they will run after a caller, there will be no deviation in it; and voices shall become hushed before the Most Gracious, so you will not hear except a faint sound. 108 On that day no one's intercession will be of any benefit unless he has received permission from the Beneficent God and whose word is acceptable to Him. 109 He knows what (appears to His creatures as) before or after or behind them: but they shall not compass it with their knowledge. 110 ۞ And all faces shall bow before the Living, the All Sustaining; and the one who bore the burden of injustice, has failed. 111 but he who does good works, being a believer, shall fear no harm nor any injustice." 112 Even so We have sent it down as an Arabic Koran, and We have turned about in it something of threats, that haply they may be godfearing, or it may arouse in them remembrance. 113 So high [above all] is Allah, the Sovereign, the Truth. And, [O Muhammad], do not hasten with [recitation of] the Qur'an before its revelation is completed to you, and say, "My Lord, increase me in knowledge." 114 We made a covenant with Adam, but he forgot and We found in him no constancy. 115
