۞ Nay, I swear by the setting of the stars -- 75 And lo! that verily is a tremendous oath, if ye but knew - 76 That it is a Recitation honourable. 77 In a book that is protected 78 which none but the pure may touch; 79 Sent down by the Lord Of The Creation. 80 Is it this Statement that ye scorn, 81 Do you make its denial your means of livelihood? 82 Then why do ye not (intervene) when (the soul of the dying man) reaches the throat,- 83 And you at the moment are looking on, 84 (And We are nigher him than you, but you do not see Us) 85 Why then, if ye are not in bondage (unto Us), 86 do you not cause the soul to return to him if you are truthful in your claim? 87 [ALL OF YOU are destined to die.] Now if one happens to be of those who are drawn close unto God, 88 Then happiness and bounty and a garden of bliss. 89 And if he is of those on the right hand, 90 he will be welcomed by the words: “Peace to you” from the People on the Right. 91 And if he be of those who treat (Truth) as Falsehood, who go wrong, 92 there shall be a hospitality of boiling water, 93 And burning in Hell-Fire. 94 Indeed, this is the true certainty, 95 So exalt the name of your Lord, the Most Great. 96
