We also favored Moses and Aaron 114 and We delivered both of them and their people from the great calamity. 115 And We helped them, so they were the vanquishers. 116 and We gave them the Manifesting Book, 117 and showed them the Straight Way, 118 And We left for them among the later folk (the salutation): 119 Peace be on Musa and Haroun. 120 As such We recompense the gooddoers. 121 Indeed, they were of Our believing servants. 122 And Elias (El Yaseen) was among the Messengers. 123 Behold, he said to his people, "Will ye not fear (Allah)? 124 Will ye cry unto Baal and forsake the Best of creators, 125 "Allah, your Lord and Cherisher and the Lord and Cherisher of your fathers of old?" 126 But they denied him, so they surely will be haled forth (to the doom) 127 But not the servants of Allah, the purified ones. 128 We preserved a good name for him among posterity. 129 "Peace and salutation to such as Elias!" 130 As such We recompense the gooddoers. 131 He was one of Our believing servants. 132 Verily Lot was one of the apostles, 133 Behold, We delivered him and his adherents, all 134 except an old woman who was among those that stayed behind; 135 and then We utterly destroyed the others: 136 You pass by their ruins morning 137 and at night. Will you then not understand? 138
