[O MEN!] Are you more difficult to create than the heaven which He has built? 27 On high hath He raised its canopy, and He hath given it order and perfection. 28 and darkened its night, and brought forth its forenoon; 29 and the earth which He spread out, 30 produced water and grass therefrom, 31 And the mountains He set firmly 32 As provision for you and your grazing livestock. 33 But when the great predominating calamity comes; 34 the Day when the human will remember what he has worked for, 35 And Hell made visible to him who can see, 36 then as for him who was insolent 37 and preferred the worldly life, 38 Verily the Scorch! that shall be his resort. 39 But, whosoever feared the standing before his Lord and prevented the self from desires, 40 shall dwell in Paradise. 41 They ask you about the Hour: “When will it be?” 42 What do you have to do with explaining it? 43 Its final end is for your Lord. 44 You are only a warner to him who would fear it. 45 On the Day when they behold it, [it will seem to them] as if they had tarried [in this world] no longer than one evening or [one night, ending with] its morn! 46
God the Almighty always says the truth.
End of Surah: The Snatchers (Al-Naze'aat). Sent down in Mecca after The News (Al-Naba') before Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
