The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

The Calamity! 1 What is the (Day) of Noise and Clamour? 2 And what will make you know what the striking (Hour) is? 3 [It is] a Day when mankind shall be like scattered moths 4 and the mount-ains like tufts of carded wool. 5 And then, he whose weight [of good deeds] is heavy in the balance 6 shall inherit a pleasing life, 7 But as for him whose balance (of good deeds) will be light, 8 His abode shall be the abyss. 9 And what do you know what that is? 10 It is a burning Fire. 11
