The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Dawn (Al-Fajr) before Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
By the morning hours 1 and by the night when it covers, 2 Thy Lord has neither forsaken thee nor hates thee 3 And the Hereafter is indeed better unto thee than the life present. 4 Verily your Lord will soon give you so amply that you will be well-pleased. 5 Did He not find thee an orphan, and shelter thee? 6 Did He not find you wandering, and give you guidance? 7 Did He not find you in want, and make you free from want? 8 Do not oppress the orphans 9 Nor repulse the petitioner (unheard); 10 But the bounty of the Lord - rehearse and proclaim! 11
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
