The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

By the snorting chargers, 1 sparks of fire striking, 2 And by oath of those who raid at dawn. 3 Stirring up thereby [clouds of] dust, 4 Cleaving, as one, the centre (of the foe), 5 Indeed man is very ungrateful towards his Lord. 6 And most surely he is a witness of that. 7 and surely he loves riches with a passionate loving. 8 ۞ Is he not aware that when whatever lies (buried) in the graves is overthrown; 9 And there shall be brought to light that which is in the breasts? 10 that on that Day their Sustainer [will show that He] has always been fully aware of them? 11

True are the words of God the Almighty.
