Noah said, "Lord, they have disobeyed me and followed those whose wealth and children will only bring about destruction for them. 21 "And they have devised a tremendous Plot. 22 They said: “Do not abandon your deities; do not abandon Wadd, nor Suwa, nor Yaghuth, nor Yauq, nor Nasr. 23 And they have led many astray. Increase Thou not the evildoers save in error!' 24 They were drowned because of their habitual sinfulness, and sent to Hell, and did not find any helper other than God. 25 Noah prayed, "O my Lord! Do not leave on earth a single one of those who deny the truth -- 26 "For, if Thou dost leave (any of) them, they will but mislead Thy devotees, and they will breed none but wicked ungrateful ones. 27 Forgive me, My Lord, and my parents, and whosoever seeks refuge in my house as a believer, and the believers men and women alike, and do not increase the harmdoers except in ruin' 28
