The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

By the chargers panting, 1 Then those striking sparks of fire, 2 And by oath of those who raid at dawn. 3 and leave behind a cloud of dust 4 and penetrate deep into a host. 5 Surely Man is ungrateful to his Lord, 6 To this he himself shall bear witness. 7 And violent is he in his love of wealth. 8 ۞ Is he not aware that when whatever lies (buried) in the graves is overthrown; 9 And all what lies in the breasts is opened – 10 On that day their Lord surely knows all about them! 11

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
