▼ 8 The Spoils of War
Al-Anfaal 8 of 10

And let not those who disbelieve think they will escape. Indeed, they will not cause failure [to Allah]. 59 And get ready against them whatsoever ye can of force and wellfed horses whereby ye may overawe the enemy of Allah and your enemy and others besides them whom ye know not; Allah knoweth them. And whatsoever ye expend in the way of Allah shall be repaid to you in full; and ye shall not be wronged. 60 ۞ If they incline to peace, incline you as well to it, and trust in Allah. Surely He is All-Hearing. All-Knowing. 61 And if they intend to deceive you, then verily, Allah is All-Sufficient for you. He it is Who has supported you with His Help and with the believers. 62 And brought together their hearts. If you had spent all that is in the earth, you could not have brought their hearts together; but Allah brought them together. Indeed, He is Exalted in Might and Wise. 63 O Prophet, God suffices thee, and the believers who follow thee. 64
