The Galaxies (Al-Burooj)
22 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Sun (Al-Shams) before The Fig (Al-Teen)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
I swear by the mansions of the stars, 1 by the promised day, 2 by the Witness and the witnessed, 3 Woe to the makers of the pit (of fire), 4 The people of the fuelled blazing fire. 5 When they sat by it, 6 Witnessing what they had done to the believers! 7 whom they hate for no other reason than that they believe in God, the Almighty, the One to whom all praise is due, 8 to whom belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth. God is witness over all things. 9 Surely (as for) those who persecute the believing men and the believing women, then do not repent, they shall have the chastisement of hell, and they shall have the chastisement of burning. 10 For those who believe and do righteous deeds, will be Gardens; beneath which rivers flow: That is the great Salvation, (the fulfilment of all desires), 11 VERILY, thy Sustainer's grip is exceedingly strong! 12 Surely He it is Who originates and reproduces, 13 And He is the Forgiving, and the Loving. 14 The Lord of the glorious Throne, 15 He does what He intends (or wills). 16 Hath there come unto thee the story of the hosts 17 Pharaoh and Thamood? 18 Nay, but the unbelievers still cry lies, 19 But Allah doth encompass them from behind! 20 But this is an honored Qur'an 21 On a guarded tablet. 22
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
