Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
۞ Have We not expanded for you your breast, 1 And eased thee of the burden 2 Which had broken your back? 3 Have We not raised your remembrance? 4 Surely with difficulty is ease. 5 With hardship indeed there is ease. 6 When you are free from (your obligations), strive hard (to worship God) 7 And unto thine Lord, attend. 8
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
