Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Have you seen the one who calls the religion a lie? 1 So it is he, who pushes away the orphan, 2 and feels no urge to feed the needy. 3 Woe to those who pray, 4 but whose hearts are not in their prayer. 5 those who want only to be seen and praised, 6 Yet refuse small kindnesses! 7

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
