Say: "Truly am I a Warner: no god is there but the one Allah, Supreme and Irresistible,- 65 the Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is in between them, the Most Mighty, the Most Forgiving.” 66 Say: "That (this Quran) is a great news, 67 “You are neglectful of it!” 68 I had no knowledge of the higher Assembly when they discussed it among themselves. 69 “I receive only the divine revelations, that I am purely a clear Herald of Warning.” 70 [So mention] when your Lord said to the angels, "Indeed, I am going to create a human being from clay. 71 and when I give it proper shape and blow My spirit into it, bow down in prostration to him," 72 Then the angels, all of them, prostrated themselves before Adam 73 save Iblis; he waxed proud, and was one of the unbelievers. 74 The Lord said, "Iblis, what prevented you from prostrating before what I have created with My own hands? Was it because of your pride or are you truly exalted?" 75 Said Iblis, “I am better than him; You made me from fire, and You have created him from clay!” 76 Said He: "Go forth, then, from this [angelic state] - for, behold, thou art henceforth accursed, 77 'My curse shall rest on you until the Day of Recompense' 78 He said: My Lord! Reprieve me till the day when they are raised. 79 Allah said: verily, thou art of those respited. 80 Until the Day of the time well-known." 81 He said: "By Your authority, I will lead them astray, 82 "Except Your chosen slaves amongst them (faithful, obedient, true believers of Islamic Monotheism)." 83 He said: The Truth is, and the Truth I speak, 84 that I shall certainly fill hell with you and your followers all together". 85 Say: I do not ask you for any reward for it; nor am I of those who affect: 86 "This is no less than a Message to (all) the Worlds. 87 You will come to know its truth in time." 88
