3/4 Hizb 45

And indeed Nooh prayed to Us so what an excellent Acceptor of Prayer We are! 75 for We saved him and his household from that awesome calamity, 76 And We preserved his descendants. 77 We left mention of him among later generations. 78 Peace be with Noah among all men in the worlds. 79 Thus do We reward the righteous ones. 80 Lo! he is one of Our believing slaves. 81 We drowned the rest. 82 ۞ Abraham was of the same faith: 83 When he came to his Lord, with a sound heart. (Free from falsehood). 84 When he said to his father and his people: What is it that you worship? 85 It is falsehood that you desire gods other than Allah! 86 “So what do you assume regarding the Lord Of The Creation?” (That He will not punish you?) 87 Then he glanced a glance on the stars. 88 And he said, "I am indeed sick (at heart)!" 89 And they turned their backs and went away from him. 90 Then he turned to their aliha (gods) and said: "Will you not eat (of the offering before you)? 91 What is the matter with you, why do you not speak?” 92 And then he fell upon them, smiting them with his right hand. 93 Thereafter they (the people) came to him in haste. 94 He answered: "Do you worship something that you [yourselves] have carved, 95 While Allah created you and that which you do?" 96 They said: Build for him a furnace, then cast him into the burning fire. 97 (This failing), they then sought a stratagem against him, but We made them the ones most humiliated! 98 He said, "I will go to my Lord: He is sure to guide me. 99 My Lord, give me one of the righteous.' 100 Wherefore We gave him the glad tidings of a boy gentle. 101 And when (his son) was old enough to walk with him, (Abraham) said: O my dear son, I have seen in a dream that I must sacrifice thee. So look, what thinkest thou? He said: O my father! Do that which thou art commanded. Allah willing, thou shalt find me of the steadfast. 102 When both surrendered (to Allah's command) and Abraham flung the son down on his forehead, 103 And We called out to him: "O Abraham! 104 You have fulfilled your dream." Thus do We reward the good. 105 for, behold, all this was indeed a trial, clear in itself. 106 And We ransomed him with a great sacrifice (i.e. a ram); 107 and left him thus to be succeeded by a group [of followers] among later generations: 108 Peace be on Ibrahim. 109 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 110 He was one of Our believing worshipers. 111 And We gave him the good news of Ishaq, a prophet among the good ones. 112 And We blessed him, and Isaac; and of their seed some are good-doers, and some manifest self-wrongers. 113
