O ye messengers! Eat of the good things, and do right. Lo! I am Aware of what ye do. 51 And verily! This your religion (of Islamic Monotheism) is one religion, and I am your Lord, so keep your duty to Me. 52 But their nations broke their tasks into pieces; every group happy with what it has. 53 So leave them in their error for a time. 54 What, do they think that We succour them with of wealth and children, 55 We are busy lavishing on them all kinds of good? Nay, they do not perceive the reality of the matter. 56 Those who tremble with fear of their Lord; 57 who have full faith in the Signs of their Lord; 58 who associate none with their Lord in His Divinity, 59 And those who give what they give and their hearts fear for they have to return to their Lord. 60 those, hasten in good works, outracing to them. 61 We charge not any soul save to its capacity, and with Us is a Book speaking truth, and they shall not be wronged. 62 Nay, their hearts are lost in ignorance of all this; and their deeds too vary from the way (mentioned above). They will persist in these deeds 63 Until when We lay hold of the luxuriant ones of them with the torment, and lo! then they are imploring! 64 (It will be said): "Groan not in supplication this day: for ye shall certainly not be helped by Us. 65 “My verses were recited to you, so you used to turn back on your heels.” 66 “Priding yourself in serving the Sacred Mosque; at night you utter indecent stories in it, while discarding the truth.” 67 Then have they not reflected over the Qur'an, or has there come to them that which had not come to their forefathers? 68 Or is it that they have not recognized their Apostle, so that they deny him? 69 Do they say he is mad! No, he came to them with the truth, but most of them hate the truth. 70 If the Truth had been in accord with their desires, truly the heavens and the earth, and all beings therein would have been in confusion and corruption! Nay, We have sent them their admonition, but they turn away from their admonition. 71 Are you asking them for something? What Allah has given you is the best. He is the Best of providers. 72 Indeed you are calling them to a Straight Path, 73 And most surely those who do not believe in the hereafter are deviating from the way. 74 ۞ And though We had mercy on them and removed the distress which is on them, still they would obstinately persist in their transgression, wandering blindly. 75 And indeed We grasped them with punishment, so neither did they submit themselves to their Lord, nor do they cry humbly. 76 Until when We shall open upon them a portal of severe torment, and lo! thereat they are desparing. 77
