Al-Naze'aat 2 of 2
What! Are ye the more difficult to create or the heaven (above)? (Allah) hath constructed it: 27 by raising its vault high and fashioning it flawlessly, 28 Its night He covers with darkness, and its forenoon He brings out (with light). 29 and the earth-after that He spread it out, 30 He brought out its water and its pastures from it, 31 and firmly fixed in it mountains; 32 All this was done as a means of enjoyment for you and your cattle. 33 Then when the Grand Calamity shall come 34 on the Day when man will recall all his strivings, 35 and the blazing fire [of hell] will be laid open before all who [are destined to] see it. 36 Then he who had been rebellious 37 preferring the present life, 38 Then surely the hell, that is the abode. 39 but one who fears to stand before his Lord and restrained himself from base desires, 40 Will surely have Paradise for abode. 41 They ask you: "When will the Hour be? When is its time fixed?" 42 But how are you to know? 43 Unto thy Lord is the final end of it. 44 Thou art but a warner unto him who feareth. 45 On the day when they see it, it will seem to them as though they had only lived in the world for a morning and an afternoon. 46
