What, are you harder to create than the heaven which He has built? 27 He raised its ceiling and proportioned it. 28 and covered its night with darkness and brought forth from it its day; 29 And after it spread out the earth. 30 and brought out of it its water and its pasture, 31 And stabilized the mountains 32 an enjoyment for you and your flocks. 33 But when there comes the greatest Overwhelming Calamity - 34 on that Day man will [clearly] remember all that he has ever wrought; 35 And the Scorch will be made apparent to any one who beholdeth. 36 So as for he who transgressed 37 And preferred the life of the world, 38 most surely his abode shall be Hell. 39 But as for him who feared standing before his Lord, and restrained himself from impure evil desires, and lusts. 40 Their abode will be the Garden. 41 They ask you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) about the Hour, - when will be its appointed time? 42 Why (ask they)? What hast thou to tell thereof? 43 Its final end is for your Lord. 44 You are but a Herald of Warning, for one who fears it. 45 On the day when they behold it, it will be as if they had but tarried for an evening or the morn thereof. 46
True are the words of God the Almighty.
End of Surah: The Snatchers (Al-Naze'aat). Sent down in Mecca after The News (Al-Naba') before Shattering (Al-Infitaar)

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
