The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
۞ EXTOL the limitless glory of thy Sustainer's name: [the glory of] the Al-Highest, 1 Who has created (all things) proportionately, 2 And Who makes (things) according to a measure, then guides (them to their goal), 3 And Who brings out the pasturage, 4 then made it a blackening wrack. 5 By degrees shall We teach thee to declare (the Message), so thou shalt not forget, 6 Save that which Allah may will. Verily He knoweth the public and that which is hidden. 7 We shall take you slowly towards ease. 8 Therefore do remind, surely reminding does profit. 9 He who fears [God] will heed the reminder, 10 but the wretched will turn away from it. 11 [He] who will [enter and] burn in the greatest Fire, 12 wherein he will neither die nor remain alive. 13 Surely he will succeed who grows in goodness, 14 remembering his Lord's name and praying. 15 No; but you prefer the present life, 16 although the life to come is better and more enduring. 17 Surely this is in the ancient scrolls, 18 The Books of Abraham and Moses. 19
God Almighty has spoken the truth.

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
