The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ When the Event inevitable cometh to pass, 1 and there can be no denying its happening, 2 (a calamitous Event) that shall turn things upside down: 3 When the earth is shaken up convulsively, 4 and the mountains are shattered into [countless] shards, 5 So that they become dust seattered. 6 you shall be divided into three parties, 7 Those of the right hand -- how (happy) will be those of the right hand! 8 And there shall be such as will have lost themselves in evil: oh, how [unhappy] will be they who have lost themselves in evil! 9 As for the Foremost, they will be the foremost! 10 those are they brought near (to their Lord) 11 They will dwell in the Gardens of Bliss: 12 A number of the earlier peoples, 13 but [only] a few of later times. 14 (They will be) on Thrones encrusted (with gold and precious stones), 15 Reclining therein face to face. 16 They will be served by immortal boys, 17 With vessels, pitchers and a cup [of wine] from a flowing spring - 18 Whereby there shall be neither headiness nor will they be inebriated. 19 And fruits that they may like. 20 and any flesh of fowl that they desire. 21 and wide-eyed houris 22 like hidden pearls, 23 A recompense for that which they have been working. 24 There they shall hear no idle talk nor any sinful speech. 25 Only a saying: "Peace, peace." 26 As for those of the right hand -- how (happy) those of the right hand -- 27 [They will be] among lote trees with thorns removed 28 And acacia covered with heaps of bloom, 29 and amid the extended shade 30 and flowing water 31 and abundant fruit, 32 Neither limited [to season] nor forbidden, 33 And on Thrones (of Dignity), raised high. 34 Indeed, We have produced the women of Paradise in a [new] creation 35 And made them virgins, 36 Loving companions matched in age, 37 for the people of the right hand 38

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
