The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
When the earth is shaken with its [final] earthquake 1 and [when] the earth yields up her burdens, 2 And man enquires: "What has come over it?" 3 upon that day she shall tell her tidings 4 Because your Lord has inspired it. 5 That Day, the people will depart separated [into categories] to be shown [the result of] their deeds. 6 Whosoever has done even an atom's weight of good will behold it; 7 and whoever does an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
