Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

Beholdest thou him who belieth the Requital? 1 So it is he, who pushes away the orphan, 2 and urges not the feeding of the needy. 3 So woe unto those performers of Salat (prayers) (hypocrites), 4 Those who are neglectful of their prayer. 5 those who do good (in order) to be seen, 6 and refuse charity. 7

True are the words of God the Almighty.
