The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

WHEN THE WORLD is shaken up by its cataclysm, 1 and earth brings forth her burdens, 2 And man says, “What has happened to it?” 3 On that Day will she declare her tidings: 4 as thy Sustainer will have inspired her to do! 5 On that Day people will come forward in separate groups to be shown their deeds: 6 Then whosoever hath worked good of an atom's weight shall behold it 7 And anyone who has done an atom's weight of evil, shall see it. 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
