Say: 'O my Lord, if Thou shouldst show me that they are promised, 93 “Therefore my Lord, do not group me with the unjust.” 94 And verily to shew them that wherewith We threaten them We are surely Able. 95 Repel evil with the best deeds; We well know the matters that they fabricate. 96 And say: 'O my Lord, I seek refuge in You from evil suggestions of the satans. 97 and I take refuge in Thee, O my Lord, lest they attend me.' 98 When death approaches one of the unbelievers, he says, "Lord, send me back again 99 That I may do right in that which I have left behind! But nay! It is but a word that he speaketh; and behind them is a barrier until the day when they are raised. 100 Then, when the trumpet [of resurrection] is blown, no ties of kinship will on that Day prevail among them, and neither will they ask about one another. 101 Then those whose balance (of good deeds) is heavy,- they will attain salvation: 102 and those whose scales are light, those will be the ones who will have courted loss. They will abide in Hell. 103 The fire shall scorch their faces, and they will remain dejected in it. 104 (We shall say): 'Were My verses not recited to you, and did you not belie them' 105 They will exclaim: "O our Sustainer! Our bad luck has overwhelmed us, and so we went astray! 106 Get us out of this, O Lord. If we transgress we will surely be sinful." 107 Allah will say, “Remain rebuked in it, and do not speak to Me.” 108 "Indeed there was a group among My bondmen who said, 'Our Lord! We have accepted faith, therefore forgive us and have mercy on us, and You are the Best Among The Merciful.' ” 109 you made a laughingstock of them and your hostility to them caused you to forget Me, and you simply kept laughing. 110 I have rewarded them this Day for their steadfastness, and it is they who have triumphed." 111 [And] He will ask [the doomed]: "What number of years have you spent on earth?" 112 They will say: "A day or less than a day. Ask the enumerators of numbers." 113 He shall say, 'You have tarried but a little, did you know. 114 "Did ye then think that We had created you in jest, and that ye would not be brought back to Us (for account)?" 115 God is the most exalted King and the Supreme Truth. He is the only God and the Lord of the Gracious Throne. 116 He, who invokes another deity along with God, a deity of whose divinity he has no proof, will be brought to account by his Lord. Certainly, those who deny the truth shall never prosper. 117 And say thou: my Lord! forgive and have mercy, and Thou art the Best of the merciful ones. 118
