So he did not accept the truth, nor did he pray, 31 But he belied and turned away. 32 and then went arrogantly back to what he had come from. 33 Woe to you! 34 Again, Woe to thee, (O men!), yea, woe! 35 Does man, then, think that he is to be left to himself, to go about at will? 36 Was he not a sperm of emission emitted? 37 which then became a leech-like clot; then God shaped and fashioned him in due proportion, 38 and then He made of him a pair, male and female? 39 Does He, then, not have the power to bring back the dead to life? 40
