Is it harder to create you or the heaven? But Allah built it, 27 He raised its ceiling and proportioned it. 28 and darkened its night, and brought forth its forenoon; 29 And after that, the earth: wide has He spread its expanse, 30 therefrom brought forth its waters and its pastures, 31 And the mountains hath He firmly fixed;- 32 In order to benefit you and your cattle. 33 But when there comes the greatest Overwhelming Calamity - 34 The Day when man will remember that for which he strove, 35 and Hell will be brought in sight for anyone to see: 36 anyone who has acted arrogantly 37 And who chose the life of the world, 38 surely Hell shall be the refuge. 39 But he who feared to stand before his Lord, and restrained himself from evil desires, 40 Verily, Paradise will be his abode. 41 They ask thee of the Hour: when will it come to port? 42 Why (ask they)? What hast thou to tell thereof? 43 [seeing that] with thy Sustainer alone rests the beginning and the end [of all knowledge] thereof? 44 you are but a warner for those who fear it. 45 On the day that they see it, it will be as though they had not tarried but the latter part of a day or the early part of it. 46
