The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

I swear by the runners breathing pantingly, 1 And striking off fire by dashing their hoofs. 2 And raiding at dawn 3 blazing a trail of dust, 4 Cleaving, as one, the centre (of the foe), 5 Indeed mankind, to his Lord, is ungrateful. 6 He himself bears witness to that. 7 And indeed he is, in love of wealth, intense. 8 ۞ Does he not know that on the day when those in the graves are resurrected 9 And there shall be brought to light that which is in the breasts? 10 surely on that day their Lord shall be aware of them! 11

God the Almighty always says the truth.
