The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Praise the name of thy Lord the Most High, 1 who created and shaped, 2 And Who makes (things) according to a measure, then guides (them to their goal), 3 Who bringeth forth the pasturage, 4 Then turneth it to russet stubble. 5 We will make you recite so you shall not forget, 6 unless God wills it to be otherwise. He knows all that is made public and all that remains hidden. 7 And We shall ease thy way unto the state of ease. 8 Therefore advise, if advising is beneficial. 9 and he who fears shall remember, 10 but the reprobates will turn away 11 He will be cast into the Great Fire. 12 In which they will then neither die nor live. 13 He who purified himself shall prosper, 14 And who mentioned the name of his Lord, then offered prayer. 15 However, (the disbelievers) prefer the worldly life 16 whereas the Hereafter is better and more enduring. 17 Indeed, this is in the former scriptures, 18 The scriptures of Ibrahim and Musa. 19
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
