The Fig (Al-Teen)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Galaxies (Al-Burooj) before Quraish (Quraish)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
CONSIDER the fig and the olive, 1 The Mount Sinai, 2 And this Soil Secure, 3 That We created man of finest possibilities, 4 Then We return him to the lowest of the low, 5 Except those who believe and do the right, for whom there is reward undiminished. 6 So who henceforth will give the lie to thee about the judgment? 7 Is not God the most equitable of all judges? 8
