And certainly We conferred a favor on Musa and Haroun. 114 and We saved them with their nation from a great distress. 115 And helped them, so that they became the victors; 116 And We gave them the divine writ that made [right and wrong] distinct, 117 guided them to the right path, 118 And We left for them (a goodly remembrance) among generations (to come) in later times; 119 Salamun (peace) be upon Musa (Moses) and Harun (Aaron)!" 120 Lo! thus do We reward the good. 121 for those two were truly among Our believing servants. 122 Elias too was one of the Envoys; 123 when he spoke [thus] to his people: "Will you not remain conscious of God? 124 Do you call on Baal and abandon the Best of Creators, 125 Allah, your Lord and Lord of your forefathers? 126 In response they denied him, so they will surely be brought forth as captives. 127 excepting only [those who were] God's true servants; 128 And We kept his praise among the latter generations. 129 Peace be on Elias. 130 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 131 He was one of Our believing servants. 132 And indeed Lut is one of the Noble Messengers. 133 When We saved him and his family, all, 134 except for an old woman who was among those that stayed behind. 135 and We destroyed the rest. 136 Verily, ye pass by their (sites), by day- 137 and in the night; will you not understand? 138
