Al-Sharrhh
Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
۞ Have We not expanded your chest for you (Prophet Muhammad), 1 And eased thee of the burden 2 which had been a heavy weight upon your back 3 And exalted for you your esteem? 4 So, verily, with every difficulty, there is relief: 5 indeed, hardship is followed by ease! 6 So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship]. 7 And to your Lord direct [your] longing. 8
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
