The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

The Striking Calamity - 1 What is the (Day) of Noise and Clamour? 2 And what will explain to thee what the (Day) of Noise and Clamour is? 3 A day wherein mankind will be as thickly-scattered moths 4 And the mountains will be like carded wool. 5 Then as for one whose scales are heavy [with good deeds], 6 shall inherit a pleasing life, 7 whereas he whose weight is light in the balance 8 A bereft and Hungry One will be his mother, 9 Would that you knew what hawiya his? 10 Raging Fire. 11
