▼ 21 The Prophets
Al-Anbyaa' 7 of 7
Whosoever worketh righteous works, and he is a believer, there shall be no denial of his endeavour; and We are for him the Writers. 94 The people whom We destroyed can never return to this world 95 but when Gog and Magog are let loose and swarm down from every hillside and they spread out, [leaping across every barrier of land and sea], 96 and nigh has drawn the true promise, and behold, the eyes of the unbelievers staring: 'Alas for us! We were heedless of this; 'nay, we were evildoers.' 97 'Surely you, and that you were serving apart from God, are fuel for Gehenna; you shall go down to it.' 98 Had they really been gods they would not have entered it: They will all abide in it for ever. 99 there shall be sighing for them therein, and naught they shall hear. 100 [But,] behold, as for those for whom [the decree of] ultimate good has already gone forth from Us these will be kept far away from that [hell]: 101 They will not hear its faintest sound, and they shall abide in that which their souls long for. 102 The greatest terror shall not grieve them, and the angels will receive them: 'This is the Day you have been promised' 103 And (remember) the Day when We shall roll up the heavens like a scroll rolled up for books, as We began the first creation, We shall repeat it, (it is) a promise binding upon Us. Truly, We shall do it. 104 And certainly We wrote in the Book after the reminder that (as for) the land, My righteous servants shall inherit it. 105 Verily in this is a preaching for a people who are worshippers. 106 And We have not sent you but as a mercy to the worlds. 107 Say thou: this only hath been revealed unto me, that your god is only One God. submit ye then?! 108 Then if they turn away, proclaim, “I have proclaimed a war against you on equal terms; and what do I know whether the promise which is given to you, is close or far?” 109 He knows surely what you say aloud, and what you hide within your breasts. 110 And know not; haply it may be a trial for you, and an enjoyment for a season. 111 He said: 'My Lord, judge in truth. Our Lord is the Merciful whose help is ever to be sought against what you describe' 112

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
