So I swear by what you see 38 and by that you do not see, 39 Behold, this [Qur'an] is indeed the [inspired] word of a noble apostle, 40 it is not the word of a poet -- how little you believe! -- 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer -- how little you reflect! 42 It is a Revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 43 Now if he [whom We have entrusted with it] had dared to attribute some [of his own] sayings unto Us, 44 We would have seized him by the right hand; 45 Then would have cut off his heart’s artery. 46 and none of you could have saved him! 47 The Quran is certainly a reminder for the pious ones. 48 And lo! We know that some among you will deny (it). 49 And indeed it (this Quran) will be an anguish for the disbelievers (on the Day of Resurrection). 50 And He, He is indeed the ultimate Reality. 51 So glorify the name of your Lord, the Almighty. 52
