Those who deny the truth say, "When we have turned to dust like our fathers, shall we be brought back to life again? 67 "Indeed we were promised this, we and our forefathers before, Verily, these are nothing but tales of ancients." 68 “Proclaim, (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “Travel in the land and see what sort of fate befell the guilty.” 69 And grieve not for them and be not distressed because of what they plan. 70 And [when] they ask, "When is this promise [of resurrection] to be fulfilled? [Answer this, O you who believe in it,] if you are men of truth!" 71 Say: "The chastisement whose hastening you have been asking for, maybe a part of it has drawn quite near to you." 72 And surely your Lord is the Lord of grace to men, but most of them are not grateful. 73 Your Lord certainly knows whatever their hearts conceal or reveal. 74 And naught there is hidden in the heaven or the earth but it is in a Manifest Book. 75 Indeed, this Qur'an relates to the Children of Israel most of that over which they disagree. 76 And lo! it is a guidance and a mercy for believers. 77 Indeed your Lord will decide between them by His judgement. He is All-Mighty, All-Knowing. 78 So put your trust in Allah for you are on the manifest truth. 79 Surely you cannot make the dead hear you, nor can you make the deaf hear your call if they turn back in flight, 80 Nor can you be a guide to the blind out of their error; you cannot make to bear (any one) except those who believe in Our communications, so they submit. 81 ۞ And when the word shall come to pass against them, We shall bring forth for them a creature from the earth that shall wound them, because people did not believe in Our communications. 82
