AND IT IS We who have built the universe with [Our creative] power; and verily, it is We who are steadily expanding it. 47 And We made the earth a base, so how well do We lay out! 48 And of everything created We two kinds; haply you will remember. 49 So flee to Allah (from His Torment to His Mercy Islamic Monotheism), verily, I (Muhammad SAW) am a plain warner to you from Him. 50 Do not set up another god, along with God. I come from Him to warn you plainly. 51 [But] thus it is: never yet came any apostle to those who lived before their time but they said, "A spellbinder, ["sorcerer" is he,] or a madman!" 52 Did they suggest it to them? Rather, they [themselves] are a transgressing people. 53 So turn thou from them; thou wilt not be reproached. 54 And remind (by preaching the Quran, O Muhammad SAW) for verily, the reminding profits the believers. 55 And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me. 56 I do not want from them any provision, nor do I want them to feed Me. 57 God is certainly the great provider, Lord of strength and power. 58 The unjust will bear a burden like that of their unjust predecessors. Let them not make Me bring immediate punishment upon them. 59 So ruin is for disbelievers, from their day – which they are promised. 60
