The Rolling (Al-Takweer)
29 verses, revealed in Mecca after Thorns (Al-Masad) before The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
When the sun shall be darkened, 1 And when the stars fall, 2 the mountains are scattered about as dust, 3 when the ten-months pregnant camels shall be abandoned, 4 the wild beasts are herded together, 5 And when the seas shall be filled, 6 And when the souls he paired, 7 and when the female infant buried alive is asked 8 for what crime she had been slain, 9 And when the Records of Account are laid bare. 10 When the world on High is unveiled; 11 hell is made to blaze, 12 when Paradise is brought close: 13 (Then) every person will know what he has brought (of good and evil). 14 I swear by the receding stars, 15 Go straight, or hide; 16 And the close of night, 17 and the first breath of morning. 18 That this is indeed the word of an honoured Messenger, 19 Full of power, well-established (in position) with the Lord and Master of the Throne, 20 Obeyed there [in the heavens] and trustworthy. 21 Nor is your companion distracted. 22 And without doubt he saw him in the clear horizon. 23 he is not grudging of the Unseen. 24 Nor is it the word of a satan accursed. 25 Where then will you go? 26 This is merely a reminder to all mankind; 27 to every one of you who wishes to tread the straight path. 28 But you cannot will it unless God, the Sustainer of all the worlds, wills [to show you that way]. 29
True are the words of God the Almighty.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
