Say: 'Call on those you have asserted apart from God; they possess not so much as the weight of an ant in the heavens nor in the earth; they have no partnership in either of them, nor has He in them any supporter.' 22 No intercession avails with Him except his He allows, so that when their hearts are freed of fear, they ask (one another): "What did your Lord say?" They will answer: "What is expedient. He is the all-mighty and supreme." 23 ۞ Ask them, "Who provides sustenance for you from the heavens and the earth?" Say, "It is God"; either you or we are rightly guided or in manifest error." 24 Say thou: ye will not be questioned about that which we have committed, nor shall we be questioned about that which ye work. 25 Say: "Our Lord will gather us together and judge between us equitably, for He is the Judge all-knowing." 26 Say, "Show me those whom you have attached to Him as partners. No! Rather, He [alone] is Allah, the Exalted in Might, the Wise." 27 And We have not sent you but to all the men as a bearer of good news and as a warner, but most men do not know. 28 And they say: When is this promise (to be fulfilled) if ye are truthful? 29 Say thou: the appointment to you is for a Day which ye cannot put back for one hour nor can ye anticipate. 30
