۞ Nay, I swear by the places of the stars - 75 and this is indeed a mighty oath, if only you knew – 76 it is surely a noble Koran 77 In a Book Hidden. 78 none but the purified shall touch, 79 [It is] a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 80 So is this the matter regarding which you laze? 81 And have ye made it your livelihood that ye should declare it false? 82 Why, but when the soul leaps to the throat of the dying 83 the while you are helplessly watching that he is on the verge of death, 84 And We are nearer to it than you, but you do not see-- 85 why, then, if you are not subject to Our command, 86 Do ye not force it back, if ye are truthful? 87 Then if he is one of those drawn nigh (to Allah), 88 (There is for him) Rest and Satisfaction, and a Garden of Delights. 89 And if he (the dying person) be of those on the Right Hand, 90 'Peace be upon thee, Companion of the Right!' 91 But if he is of the deniers and the errants, 92 a welcome of burning despair [awaits him in the life to come,] 93 And the roasting in Hell. 94 Verily, this is the Very Truth and Certainly. 95 Extol, then, the limitless glory of thy Sustainer's mighty name! 96
