Children of Israel, remember the favours I have bestowed upon you, and fulfil the covenant that you made with Me. I shall fulfil the covenant I made with you. Fear Me alone. 40 Believe in that which I have [now] bestowed from on high, confirming the truth already in your possession, and be not foremost among those who deny its truth; and do not barter away My messages for a trifling gain; and of Me, of Me be conscious 41 And confound not the truth with falsehood, nor hide the truth while ye know. 42 Establish worship, pay the poor-due, and bow your heads with those who bow (in worship). 43 ۞ What! do you enjoin men to be good and neglect your own souls while you read the Book; have you then no sense? 44 And seek help in patience and prayer; and truly it is hard except for those who prostrate before Me with sincerity. 45 who realize that ultimately they shall meet their Lord and shall return to Him. 46
